Global Health Response to Earthquake in Nepal

Donations: Relief Supplies Needed
Although financial contributions are accepted by many organizations, the Center for Global Health is involved in connecting supplies to the areas with a paucity of materials. If you are able to spare the items listed below, please donate them to the Nepalese relief effort.

Current Priorities:

Water purifying systems
Large tents as make shift hospital
Small tents for housing families (can be used)
Maternal health supplies related for new and expecting mothers, and infants (ex: diapers, portable food)

We recommend you write your name, email, and phone number on your donation. In the event that your donation cannot be used, we can contact you regarding its return.

Travelers to Nepal: Help Transport Medical Supplies
As the Center knows many partners and global health practitioners who frequent Nepal, we turn to them for assistance in bringing the supplies to Nepal. In an effort to capitalize on this transportation channel, we ask if you are headed to Nepal to leave some space in your luggage to carry and then deliver various and badly needed medical supplies. Please contact Emily Combs | ecombs@jhu.edu with your travel dates, region of destination and anticipated carrying capacity.

In order to Donate your Supplies to Nepal, send them to:
