Reporting Requirements

All grant recipients are required to submit a set of reporting requirements to the CGH within one-month of completing their experience. Please only complete these requirements once you have completed your experience. 


Please complete the following requirements: 

  1. Respond to a survey about your experience: 2020 GHEFP/GHFRA Survey
  2. Submit 5 high resolution jpeg images from your travels. 
  3. Submit a poster abstract and present your poster at the virtual Global Health Day 2022 Poster Session event (Date TBD)
    1. Abstracts are due TBD. Find the  abstract submission guidelines and form here
    2. Posters are due TBD. See poster content, sizing, and submission guidelines here.

These reporting requirements help the CGH to evaluate our programs which ensure constant improvement and inform future awards throughout their application process.
