Impact Analysis of Family Planning, Maternal and Newborn Health, and Voluntary Male Medical Circumcision Programming
As one of Jhpiego's largest field offices, the Jhpiego Tanzania office implements a large portfolio of public health projects, including HIV prevention, Maternal and Newborn Health (MNH), and Family Planning (FP) interventions. One major priority of the office is to demonstrate impact of these programs on key health indicators in Tanzania, such as cases of HIV averted, maternal and child lives saved, and unintended pregnancies averted. An in-depth analysis of impact will help Jhpiego Tanzania not only demonstrate high-level impact toward national and global targets, but also enable Jhpiego to communicate these achievements as well as identify main contributing factors to key indicators to inform future programming.
