Measuring Women’s Time Use in Egypt

Project will develop instrumentation and sampling frame to measure the value of women''s contributions to the Egyptian economy and to household health. Wives of brothers will be enrolled in the expectation of differential exposure to a co-resident mother in law. The contributions or demands of the co-resident mother in law and the relationship to disability will be assessed.
