The goal of this project are to expand an on-going communicable disease consortium with the addition of non-communicable disease areas of science and research training for post-doctoral and doctoral students from the US and low and middle income countries to occur in LMIC worldwide at sites already affiliated to the 4 schools in the consortium (University of North Carolina, Johns Hopkins University, Tulane University, Morehouse University).
