What are your career goals?

To be a part of behavior change communications campaigns making a positive impact in the lives of women and children at home and around the world.

How do you see yourself making a difference in public health because of the Global Health Scholarship?

The Global Health Scholarship will allow me networks and opportunities to hone my interests and skills in the field of public health to allow me to be a part of interventions grounded in data, experience, and passion.

Who inspires you and why?

My grandmother was, and remains, a powerful inspiration to me. She instilled a sense of justice in me, and encouraged me to stand up for what's right and to help those in need. Up to her last days of life she worked to make our community and world a better place. I am proud to carry her passion forward.
