Kavya is a master's student in the Center for Bioengineering Innovation and Design working on medical device development for the global health context. She has been focused on women's health and is currently on a team developing a training system to teach clinical decision making to nursing and midwifery students in India. 

Kavya Singampalli will participate on the 2016 Johns Hopkins Team at the International Emory University Global Health Case Competition
